Q: Is there email support?
A: Yes, we have email support. Our core hours for timely responses are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday thru Friday. But don’t worry, we do check email after hours as well and on weekends. However, depending on how urgent the request is, our current maintenance queue, and our availability, after hour responses may vary.
Q: What is a small task?
A: Small tasks are considered edits/updates that take less than a couple of hours. For example: copy updates, CSS tweaks, image swapping, troubleshooting etc.
Q: What is a large task?
A: Large tasks are items that take longer than a few hours. For example, let’s say you have a new product that is coming out, and you want to add a new section to your website. This might require us to create a new template, add a plugin, re-design the look and feel of the new section etc.
